• Drying time of 48 hours for tile finishes, and 72 hours for all other floor finishes for screeds up to 50mm for non-heated screeds and 65mm for heated screeds
• Compressive strength range from 40 N/mm² to 60 N/mm²
• Flexural strength range from 6 N/mm² to 8 N/mm²
• 80-90% of final screed strength achieved in the first 4 days
• Bonded screeds from 15mm thick
