The metal clad asphalt shingles are produced to ISO 9001, the ISO 14001 environmental certification, and BS EN 544. The special composite construction provides strength with flexibility, so the tiles can be used on curved and complex roof shapes.

The Gutter Expansion Joint T-Pren is a waterproof expansion joint for metal gutters. It eliminates the need for the traditional step detail, and reduces the number of outlets required. It is available in all metals – aluminium, copper, lead, stainless and zinc. T-Pren was developed to overcome the thermal expansion problem of long gutters. It consists of two metal strips connected by a high quality neoprene expansion joint, and by using a special bonding process it has been proved in 30 years of service to have a long life in all atmospheric conditions.

1800 metres of T-Pren gutter expansion joints have been supplied for the port terminal buildings on the Hong Kong Zhuhai bridge. Recently opened by Chinese president Xi Jinping the bridge is the worlds longest sea crossing bridge. The large wave form roofs of the terminal buildings produced a challenging expansion problem, which was solved using the welded T-Pren expansion joint. This allowed freedom of movement but produced a waterproof joint. T-Pren is a composite material with a centre section of neoprene to provide the expansion and contraction bonded to aluminium on either side, which is then welded onto sections of the metal gutter. The bonding is done under strictly controlled factory conditions in accordance with ISO 9001 quality standards.

The Tegola range of asphalt shingle roof tiles are lightweight and suitable for roofing and wall cladding, from very low pitches to vertical. They are produced to ISO 9001 and have the ISO 14001 certification for environmental protection. They exceed the requirements of the British & European standard BS EN544 and have the top EXT.S.AA and P60 fire ratings. They are available in an attractive range of slate, clay, stone and wood colours in square, round edge, hexagonal and 2 ply laminated styles. The range also includes the Prestige copper and zinc clad tiles, which are available in natural mill finish and pre-patinated finishes.
