This commercial premises gutter system was in need of refurbishment to protect the building envelope. The contractor used RapidRoof Pro Detailer for the joints and to bridge small gaps. RapidRoof Pro Detailer is a resin with pre-mixed fibres which provide additional strength and allows for detailing of difficult areas.

A commercial property was experiencing water ingress caused by a failing gutter system. The existing gutter had deteriorated, leading to leaks and potential risk of damage to the building envelope. RapidRoof Gutter was specified by the contractor to refurbish the gutter system. RapidRoof Gutter provides a seamless, fully bonded waterproofing membrane.
