BoKlok is a home ownership concept from Sweden, owned by Skanska and IKEA that produces sustainable, quality, low cost, space-saving, functional housing at a price that enables as many people as possible to afford a comfortable home. Working in Conjunction with IDMH (a modular timber framed housing contractor) a range of great value homes in the heart of South Bristol were created. A total of 94 homes consisting of a mix of residential houses and apartments. Product supplied:ReadyFIT interior doorsets featuring a Paintgrade Premium door design primed in white with satin ironmongery. These were non fire rated. Riser and communal doors were provided for the project in Paintgrade premium design with an FD30 fire rating. Crown House, Barking Located near Barking town centre in East London, Crown House is a residential scheme that will provide 169 affordable homes for the Barking and Dagenham community, delivered on behalf of housing provider, Be First. The scheme comprises a 19-storey high-rise building alongside 9 and 10-storey buildings. This exciting new development was successfully completed and handed over to Be First in May 2022.Product supplied:ReadyFIT Interior doorsets featuring the Newark door design in white to compliment the apartments overall contemporary look and finish. Working in Conjunction with Southway Housing and Urban Construction, JELD-WEN were delighted to provide the interior doorsets for 36 shared ownership apartments in Monton, a suburb of Eccles, in Greater Manchester. The Foundry is a stunning new apartment neighbourhood located in the heart of Monton, one of the fastest growing property hot spots in the North West. The Foundry comprises 36 beautifully designed one and two-bedroom apartments each with an open plan layout to maximise space and natural light, along with clean modern finishes and a high specification throughout. In line with the clean, contemporary interiors, JELD-WEN were delighted to supply the Newark ReadyFIT interior doorsets to the project, primed in white complete with satin hardware. To finish off the apartments, security and fire ratings were not compromised with providing the SecureFIT Flat Entrance Doorsets.
