DiversiTech International has been supplying quality products into the heating, refrigeration and air conditioning sector since 2001, specialising in condensate pumps and ancillary products. The range has increased considerably over this period of time, and now offers renewable solutions - including building services support systems and associated accessories. We are proud to deliver exceptional customer service along with great quality products - all at competitive prices.
Since the launch of our Flexi range of building services support solutions back in 2007, we have seen significant growth due to the industry’s need for an alternative solution to traditional concrete plinths or paving slabs.
As a result of listening to our customers, we offer a comprehensive range of products providing architects, engineers, consultants, building owners and contractors with simplistic, cost-effective and easy-to-install solutions to support building services.
Our support products offer greater flexibility throughout the range (hence the name - Flexi). Whether supporting small cable trays, condensing units and fans, or larger building services such as air-handling units, chillers and packaged plant rooms - we will have a solution. We even supply safe access walkways, step-overs, and maintenance platforms compliant with current British Standards.
Stability: We assess the weight and size of the building services being supported on the frameworks
to ensure they are safe against wind loadings, whilst working in line to BS EN 1991-1-4: 2005 Euro code: Actions on Structures, Parts 1-4 to deliver robust solutions.
Accuracy: At times it may be necessary to conduct a site survey to ensure our systems fit within confined roof spaces. Creating fully dimensional working drawings, based on our survey, or from information supplied to us by the customer, we can ensure an accurate and planned proposal that will work on the day for the installer.
Future-proofed: Flexi non-penetrative support systems ensure best working practices are at hand. Eliminating potential cold bridging issues and awkward waterproofing detailing as seen with conventional concrete and steelwork installations, there is also less inherent risk to the roofing
systems when installing our support frameworks. This is augmented by supplying our standard frame solutions 300mm - 400mm above the roof finishes to ensure easier long term maintenance of the building fabric by the end user/building owner. Our sustainable long-life solutions are designed with environmental considerations and trends in mind, and are all fully recyclable.
Engineered: With heavier building services, weight distribution is a primary consideration in managing loads through our frameworks successfully down to the roofing system. In all instances, we will assess these loadings and if necessary, work closely with the project structural engineer, to ensure we provide safe workable solutions. Due to the robust nature of our lightweight systems, a primary benefit is the freedom to re-position frameworks at the last minute should the on-site project team make late changes.
At DiversiTech International we believe in protecting our customer’s interests when it comes to supplying you with our product. When you purchase one of our support systems, you will automatically receive a standard 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. However, we have gone one step further as we are passionate about the quality of the product we sell.
As a result, an ‘enhanced’ 20-YEAR WARRANTY is now available on all items that meet our system objectives and guidelines as set out below;
Requirements
Once you have fulfilled these guidelines and submitted photographic evidence of the installation, we will issue the end user/building owner with a 20-year warranty certificate commencing from the original date of installation.
After Sales Support
We will work with the end user or building owner well after the installation is complete to advise and assist them with any future re-roofing or maintenance issues to their roof where they have our support frames in situ.
We are also able to supply operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals to assist and advise them in the carrying out of basic annual, or periodic inspections of our systems.
We have an excellent understanding of modern day flat roof designs and the materials used within them to gain the water-proofing integrity and thermal efficiency. Therefore, we are able to advise the end user or building owner of the best practice when re-installing our solutions should the existing roofing build-up be replaced with an alternative roofing system.
