Our stone Pioneer cladding was chosen to accompany this natural appeal, enhancing the contemporary simplicity that the client desired. EnviroBuild provided over 200m² of Hyperion Pioneer Granite decking for the incredible penthouse apartment balcony and walkway. For the Centre Point development commissioned by  Almacantar. This ambitious project to revive Centre Point’s iconic 34-storey tower. The client was looking for a low maintenance and environmentally friendly alternative to using timber decking on their upcoming refurbishment project on 480 m² of commercial London office space.In addition, as the client was operating a busy worksite they required next day bespoke deliveries to fit their schedule. Commissioned by Redrow, the full development will bring over 2,900 new homes along with cafes, restaurants and retail facilities to the local community.Project BreakdownDesigned in a collaboration between Broadway Malyan, Fielden Clegg Bradley Studios and Fourpoint Architects, the extensive 19.17 hectare project will encompass a range of residential spaces, from studios to 4 bedroom homes. Each new development will overlook over 9 acres of landscape gardens.Close to Fryent Country Park with 250 acres of rolling fields and woods, the development has been designed with an emphasis on creating a community for relaxation, sports and play. To further enjoy indoor/outdoor living, all new release apartments and duplexes offer a tranquil private balcony and/or outdoor terrace space. Being positioned along The Highway, a major east-west route into central London, Ensign Court is a 14-storey high-rise build that symbolises the beginning of London’s heart, welcoming people into its urban core and existing as an important representation of its character.With this metropolitan embodiment in mind, the development is a statement of modernity and urbanity, requiring contemporary designs and cutting-edge materials to establish a framework of quality and character, to accompany its remarkable location.Project BreakdownHaving been previously occupied by commercial space, Ensign Court was rebuilt to offer 65 residential units designed to accommodate for affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale, as well as 7 units of new commercial space on the ground floor. To support its modern appeal, the project was intended for Class A use and therefore required an effective non-combustible balcony solution that would enhance its stylish aesthetic and ensure durability for the safety of its residents.The SolutionBeing compliant with the latest fire safety law, Hyperion Aluminium 145 Pro-Grip aluminium decking was used to furnish the 520 m² of balcony and terrace areas on this build, complete with fire-rated edging, joists, pedestals and screws. Slate Hyperion Frontier Composite Decking was selected for Malmasion Hotel's renovations. The client had old and weathered hardwood decking in the hotel terrace areas and all of the room balconies, on a seafront hotel which required replacing as part of a complete hotel refurbishment.To replace the current decking the client required a commercial grade, anti-slip board that could withstand the harsh salt water environment for over 25 years.The SolutionFrontier range in the Slate colour was specified for the project as the highly durable outer board layer provided the perfect protection against the elements and the high customer usage. A large commercial client of EnviroBuild required a contemporary and low maintenance decking solution for their purpose built flat refurbishment project in South London. The decking would be supported over a flat roof surface, plug on balconies and garden decking areas, so required a versatile decking bearing system.The SolutionThe project used 400 m² of Hyperion Granite Pioneer decking installed on a sub-frame made of non-rot Manticore recycled plastic lumber. To support the decking over the low profile balconies and taller flat roof sections, adjustable decking supports were used. Acton Gardens is the regeneration of the former South Acton Estate - this particular phase consisted of a 15 storey structure, totalling 203 units. This project demonstrated an amazing approach to mindful practise through fantastic external appearances and brilliant work with the local community. As this project was a refurb, all the doors and balustrades were already fitted, with as little as 45 mm build up height in some areas. Park Heights is a prime project at the forefront of Network Homes’ transformation of the Stockwell Park Estate. Comprising of 159 high-quality apartments with large private balconies, a sky garden and communal terraces across its 20 storeys, Park Heights needed a non-combustible solution for its external spaces to ensure the security of the building and its residents, aligning with recent changes in fire legislation.Project BreakdownThe development is beautifully constructed, infiltrating new life into the surrounding area with light colour schemes, clean lines and contemporary aesthetics. EnviroBuild worked closely with Bouygues development to provide over 160sqm of Hyperion Pioneer Oak composite decking for the residential balconies. For the Ebury centre project. This exciting mixed educational and residential development in the heart of London’s SW1 was designed by award-winning architects Sheppard Robson. The project– commissioned by developers Linkcity, combines the creation of an 11-storey residential tower with a 56,000 sq ft University Technical College (UTC).The UTC, named after the London’s former mayor for Planning and Policy, Sir Simon Milton, includes workshops, as well as a gym, sports facilities and a large outdoor terrace.The residential element of the scheme, which has been purchased by Taylor Wimpey Central London, is set to complete in 2018. The 11-storey tower will offer 47 high-quality one, two and three-bedroom apartments with adjoining balconies.The decking was installed on a durable sub-frame of Manticore plastic Lumber and MESA Support adjustable decking pedestals. Taw Wharf is a new waterfront destination placing contemporary design and modern amenities alongside the historic listed buildings of the medieval Long Bridge. The full development will encompass a range of apartments, penthouses and townhouses adding up to a 172 newly designed homes. Hyperion Composite Fencing was selected for this project. Project BreakdownLed by local housing experts North Devon Homes and Pearce Homes, the 30-acre site will have close references to the character and materials of the site’s maritime history and its riverside wharf location to create a vibrant community.Located in the premier town of North Devon, the project is close to both the country and the coast. Changes to fire legislation placed a ban on using combustible materials on the external walls and specified attachments of new high-rise buildings.
