Premier Inn - Over 200 doorsets supplied to a high-luxury specification at Lancashire Cricket Club Hotel. This included access control to the bedroom doors, high performance 43dB acoustic ratings, double swing communal doorsets with glazed apertures and side screens, and 4-sided timber risers Doorsets. Thanks to our Contract Manager, Doorsets were brought forward in production which allowed site to catch back up to the build programme and complete the project on time for the Ashes.

Dumfries Fire & Rescue - Over 60nr replacement doorsets and screens into existing opening. All products were sized to suit existing openings, comprising of solid oak hardwood frames to compliment the door finish and provide the highest level of product durability. Doorsets were fitted with grade 4 ironmongery and were suited to provide team members with access to relevant areas only.

Pembroke House , Surrey - Located on the outskirts of Camberley, the newly constructed care home consisted of 342nr Moulded & Paintgrade Doorsets which we supplied with enhanced access ironmongery, free swing door closers, DDA compliant operational hardware and emergency escape locks. Circulation Doorsets were manufactured with integrated glazed screens and magnetic hold open devices which were connected into the fire alarm system to create clear access for wheelchairs and trollies.

Bow School, London - Located in the heart of east end London, Doorpac supplied over 400 Doorsets and Glazed Screens . Several Doorsets were supplied to a high design specification, including 52dB acoustic rating, sliding functionality to create open plan workspaces and flush sports hall configurations to Sport England guidelines . All products were manufactured with durability in mind, utilizing severe duty door cores and grade 4 ironmongery.

NHS Refurbishment Scheme, London - Spanning 11 different hospitals around several London borough s , the project consisted of over 2 00 circulation and office doorsets, and several Anti Barricade / Anti Ligature doorsets in mental health areas. Doorsets were manufactured to compliment their specific environment, utilizing PVC protection, grade 4 heavy duty ironmongery, integrated blind units and anti bacterial finishes. In heritage areas of the building panel led doors were supplied to match previous designs.

Litfield Place, Clifton - Constructed in 1828, this grand regency villa has shifted in functionality from residential villa, to boarding school, and then to residential apartments. During its recent renovation we supplied 100nr new fire rated doorsets which were designed to complement the buildings Victorian aesthetic. This included a 4 panel solid timber door design and specially moulded timber architraves . During the design process we worked closely with the architect to create samples for approval.

Angel Gardens, Manchester - The completed MODA development consisted of 466nr apartments and a commercial area . The flat entrances were manufactured to PAS24 enhanced security standards, with access control. All doors were manufactured in house with a luxurious, high durability laminate with finished edges At its peak we were supplying over 150 doorsets per week to site, plotted and pre assembled for rapid onsite installation and all ironmongery fitted.

University of Hull, Student Campus - One of the largest student accommodation projects we have supplied to. Consisting of 12 blocks we supplied over 4000 Doorsets with factory fitted ironmongery. All of the doors were manufactured inhouse with a high durability laminate finish which changed colour across the site. To enhance security and control access across the site, circulation doorsets were manufacture d to PAS 24 and utilized a Salto access control locking system.
