Conceal by Guttercrest was involved from the conception stage of this school building, working closely with architects to design and manufacture the square column casings and all of the complex bespoke aluminium cladding to the projecting eaves blades.The aluminium column casings which surround the building were designed and manufactured by Conceal, and are complimented by matching aluminium copings and aluminium fascia soffits to high level and walkway soffits; all of which were polyester powder coated to specification.A wrap-around cladding solution was also provided, creating bold symmetrical lines around the whole building and giving it an imposing feature.

Conceal by Guttercrest provided column and beam casings for a new 350 bedroom Hilton brand hotel at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5.Working closely with the architect the square aluminium column and beam casings were designed and manufactured to be fitted alongside Guttercrest’s aluminium box gutter system and traditional round cast aluminium downpipes, which were incorporated into the stonework aspect of the building.To further enhance the building’s appearance, a specially manufactured polyester powder coating shade was sourced, giving an exact match to the building’s stonework.In addition, Guttercrest supplied the fascias, soffits and the verge/barge cladding to the gable ends for the project; all of which were manufactured in-house and delivered to site on time.The hotel building, set in landscaped grounds is clad primarily with facing brickwork incorporating contrasting brick coursing and reconstructed stone trims to window and feature areas. At ground level the main public spaces are faced with double glazed aluminium curtain walling to maximise natural light.
