BENTOGROUT® - REMEDIAL WATERPROOFING INJECTION GROUT
CETCO
BENTOGROUT® is a high-solids grout consisting of a proprietary blend of bentonite and polymers formulated for sealing water leaks in existing below-ground structures. BENTOGROUT® is pumped in a fluid state adjacent to the exterior of the structure where it sets into a gelatinous state forming a waterproofing barrier. BENTOGROUT® can be used to seal leaks in concrete, masonry block, brick, and stone foundations.

BENTOSEAL® is trowel-grade, sodium bentonite/butyl-rubber based mastic designed for a variety of surface preparation and waterproof detailing work with select CETCO waterproofing membranes. COREFLEX XP - THERMOPLASTIC WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE WITH XP TECHNOLOGY CORE

COREFLEX XP is a 1.5 mm nominal thermoplastic membrane reinforced with a 90 gram/ sqm polyester reinforcing scrim integrally bonded to an XP Technology Core. COREFLEX XP offers the ultimate in waterproofing barrier protection featuring XP technology, the latest innovation in active waterproofing. This advanced polymer technology provides exceptional performance in a wide range of ground contaminates, including high-salinity conditions. The barrier performance starts with a thermoplastic membrane with welded seams providing a monolithic watertight barrier layer. The thermoplastic membrane is reinforced with a polyester reinforcing scrim and is produced with DuPonts Elvaloy-KEE® (Keytone Ethylene Ester), a solid phase high molecular weight ethylene interpolymer.
COREFLEX® - THERMOPLASTIC WATERPROOFING WITH AN ACTIVE LAYER

COREFLEX is designed for waterproofing applications where the product is properly covered and confined. COREFLEX should only be installed after substrate preparation has been properly completed and is suitable to receive the waterproofing system. COREFLEX should be used with structural grade reinforced castin- place concrete with conventional forms that produce a smooth surface. Use COREFLEX with reinforced shotcrete walls conforming to ACI 506 Core Grade 1 or 2; minimum 200 mm thick, applied from the bottom up in their full wall structural design thickness in a single application per shotcrete lift. Consult CETCO for guidelines for stay-in-place concrete forms.

VOLCLAY GRANULES - GRANULAR SODIUM BENTONITE

VOLCLAY GRANULES are chemically treated,
granular sodium bentonite used as a detailing accessory product for CETCO Waterproofing Systems. When wetted, VOLCLAY
GRANULES form into a dense, low permeable
paste material that combines with the sodium bentonite in the waterproofing
products to form a seamless waterproofing
membrane.
VOLCLAY GRANULES are used to fill cavities
and voids in the substrate prior to installing the main bentonite waterproofing course. It is also used to seal around slab penetrations
to form a continuous waterproofing system.
A fillet of VOLCLAY GRANULES can be poured
at the footing/wall junction to provide additional waterproofing protection. VOLCLAY GRANULES are not an expansion joint sealant.
VOLSEAL® 200 - CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING BY CRYSTALLIZATION

VOLSEAL 200 is a single component, surface applied material, which waterproofs and protects concrete in-depth. It consists of grey Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and a compound of active chemicals. VOLSEAL 200 is supplied in powder form in 25kg tubs, and needs only to be mixed with clean water prior to application.
VOLSEAL® 250 - CEMENTITIOUS FLEXIBLE WATERPROOFING COATING

VOLSEAL 250 is a highly elastic waterproof coating consisting of aggregates, cementbased binders and acrylic polymers. Once cured, it forms an an impervious and elastomeric barrier with crack-bridging properties of up to 0.8 mm in width. VOLSEAL 250 has excellent adhesion properties to concrete, masonry block and brickwork, and can be applied to green concrete.

VOLTEX® is a highly effective waterproofing composite comprised of two polypropylene geotextiles and sodium bentonite. The two geotextiles are interlocked by a patented needlepunching process which encapsulates and confines the bentonite. VOLTEX DS® integrates a polymer liner bonded to the outside surface of the nonwoven geotextile. The polymer liner provides extremely low permeabilities for water vapour transmission. Installation of VOLTEX® is fast and easy. Simply position the product into place and fasten. VOLTEX® can be installed on green concrete, in virtually any weather, without the need for primers or adhesives. VOLTEX® can be easily cut on site to form around corners and penetrations. The result is always a consistent self-sealing membrane.
VOLTEX® - BENTONITE GEOTEXTILE WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

VOLTEX® is a highly effective waterproofing composite of high strength geotextiles and 4.8 kg/sqm of sodium bentonite. The high swelling, low permeable sodium bentonite is encapsulated between a non-woven and woven geotextile. A proprietary needlepunch process interlocks the geotextiles together forming an extremely strong composite that maintains the equal coverage of bentonite, as well as, protects it from inclement weather and construction related damage. Once backfilled, VOLTEX® hydrates and forms a monolithic waterproofing membrane.
