Screed Solutions

Cemex Sand Cement screeds are branded as Readyscreed and include Readyscreed Original, Reinforced and Early Strength. Other permutations can be designed to suite specific applications such as SBR.
All Readyscreed products are available in several strengths. With cement contents equal to volumetrically proportioned mixes 1:3, 1:4 and 1:5 (eg 1 part cement to 4 parts sand).
Sand Cement screeds supplied by CEMEX are Factory Produced and Quality Controlled, they and delivered to site ready to use and retarded for one working day. All constituents comply with the current British and European Standards, thus, providing our customers with a Quality Assured product over and above that available from site mixing which often contain constituents of varying amount and quality and are mixed in a

Cemex Supaflo is a self-compacting pumpable screed based on a calcium sulfate binder. Supaflo has been developed over many years and is at the forefront of screed technology. It provides significant beenfits over traditional cementitious screeds to the extent that in some European countries over 50% of all screeds used are of this type. The advantages over traditional floor screed include speed of application - leading to a redution in labour cost and increased site/logistical efficiency, attainable accuracy of placement and finishing, reduction in thickness and elimination or substantial reduction of movement joints and elimination of curling and lifting at slab/bay joints and edges.
Supaflo HTC - High Thermal Conductivity Flowing Screed

Supaflo HTC is a self compacting flowing screed based
on an anhydrite binder. It is specifically intended for use
with underfloor heating systems and is formulated to
provide a floor with higher thermal conductivity when
compared to traditional cement, sand screed and regular
flowing screed.
Supaflo HTC is for use with both warm water and electric
underfloor heating systems that use conventional heating
sources and renewable technologies. A screed with higher
thermal conductivity will heat up and cool down more
rapidly providing greater system control and improve
comfort levels.

Supaflo Summit - Flowing Screed for High Rise Applications

Supaflo SUMMIT is a self compacting flowing screed
based on an anhydrite binder. It is specifically formulated
to provide a strong and durable levelling screed for high
rise applications for example where there is a requirement
to pump the screed above 10 floors.
It is important that the correct pump and hoses are used
for each project; very high level applications, greater than
30 floors may require specialist equipment and or the
services of an experienced high level pumping contractor.
Supaflo Timbre - Flowing Screed for Acoustic & Non-Acoustic Flooring Systems

Supaflo TimBRE is a self compacting flowing screed based
on an anhydrite binder. It is manufactured in a quality
assured process using specialist binder and selected
aggregate. It is specifically intended for use in acoustic
and non acoustic flooring systems which use timber joists
as their primary supporting structure.
Supaflo TimBRE can be used with either warm water or
electric underfloor heating systems in both commercial and
residential developments. Its use will help to improve the
acoustic performance of the floor to meet or exceed the
requirements set out in Part E of the building regulations.
Supaflo TimBRE will also improve the environmental, fire
resistance and durability characteristic and provide timber
supported floor that feels like concrete.
Supaflo TS-15 - Ultra Thin Screed for Bonded & Unbonded Applications

Supaflo TS-15 is a thin section screed based on an
anhydrite binder. It is formulated to provide a strong and
durable, ultra-thin topping to solid internal substrates
such as, in situ concrete slabs, beam and block sub
floors and precast concrete planks. When tested for in
situ crushing resistance to BS8204:1:2003 Supaflo TS-15
achieved Category A. Supaflo TS-15 can be installed to a
minimum thickness of 15mm which improves drying times
compared to traditional screeds and enables the finished
flooring to be installed sooner.
Supaflo TS-20 - High Quality Thin Screed for Bonded & Unbonded Applications

Supaflo TS-20 is a thin section screed based on an
anhydrite binder. It is formulated to provide a strong and
durable, thin topping to solid internal substrates such
as, in situ concrete slabs, beam and block sub floors
and precast concrete planks. When tested for in situ
crushing resistance to BS8204:1:2003 Supaflo TS-20
achieved Category A. Supaflo TS-20 can be installed to a
minimum thickness of 20mm which improves drying times
compared to traditional screeds and enables the finished
flooring to be installed sooner.
Supaflo TS-20 is ideally suited to projects where available
height and or permitted loading are extremely restricted.
