Ceramic press/turn headwork prevents from unintentional opening of the valve.

Thousands of industrial accidents
happen every year in spite of precautionary safety measures, accidents
that are caused by human exposure to
heat (fire, boiling water and oil, steam,
etc.), to corrosive agents (fluid acids and
caustics) and/or to influence by dust and
corrosive aerosols (metal, dirt, fluids).
In the laboratory, in the kitchen,
in the warehouse, in the chemical plant,
in the workshop or generally speaking in
any place where heat, corrosion or dust
can cause serious human injury.
For these reasons we strongly recommend the installation of adequate
emergency shower systems as a means
of limiting these risks.
FITTINGS FOR PURE 5.0 GASES

BROEN-LAB Cleanline products are designed, produced and intended for use with 5.0 (99,999%) gases.
All individual parts for these valves are ultrasonically cleaned and dried in order to remove oil and particles from all parts before assembly. We ensure in this way to have a surface cleaner than 100 mg mineral oil/m2, typically as low as <8-15 mg/m2. Immediately after the mentioned cleaning of the individual parts these are assembled and individually tested in a protected area in our production. Finally, the valve is packed and sealed in a plastic bag. Label on each bag is showing the actual cleanness of the
product.

The sensor tap offers handsfree distribution of potable cold, hot or tepid water. The Sensor Tap comes as a standalone version for a fixed water temperature or as a mixing version with either manual or thermostatic regulation
