Amtico Spacia Acoustic was chosen for the office space of one of the biggest electrical suppliers in Southern France. 2200m2 of Warm Cherry and Pale Ash from the Spacia Collection was used throughout individual offices, meeting and relaxing areas of the Batiment office. All these spaces have a sound optimisation of up to 18dB reduction and provide comfort underfoot.

Giraffe needed a colourful and funky floor for a new 155m2 restaurant with a 1950/60's Californian surf vibe in Xscape, Castleford.
The in-house design team at Giraffe worked with hospitality designers Harrison to create a bespoke geometric laying pattern using Composite Calcium, Paris and Helsinki from Amtico’s Signature collection.

Windsor House in Cardiff is a collection of 312 luxurious studio and ‘twodio’ apartments designed for the student market. To complete the high-spec living accommodation and carefully designed social spaces, a range of Amtico flooring was specified to achieve a unique aesthetic and purpose. A parquet pattern laying pattern was selected for the social spaces providing the design flexibility and necessary durability. In the lounges and bar areas, the combination of Amtico woods including Fumed Oak, Script Maple Rum and Brushed Oak soften and define the spaces, offering a more calming and relaxed atmosphere.
George Street_ Ten Degrees_ Spacia

Ten Degrees, developed by Greystar, is the world’s tallest modular residential building. The build-to-rent schemein Croydon boasts 546 apartments across two adjoining 44- and 38-storey towers, as well as 10 different social spaces, including a games lounge, coworking space, dining room and gym.Greystar’s designers originally envisioned using timber flooring for the high-spec amenity areas but instead opted for the durability of Amtico’s Signature LVT. The cool brown base and lightly limed grain of Manor Oak was chosen to add texture and a premium aesthetic, creating a calmingand relaxed atmosphere in the open-plan social and co-working spaces.

The Portico DC178 was the perfect choice for established coffee store Harris + Hoole who needed a welcoming, stylish and impactful flooring to match its unique coffee experience.
When Harris + Hoole set out to launch in Tesco’s Kensington store on a tight timescale, interior design agency Path Design turned to Amtico and the beautifully crafted Designers’ Choice collection. Amtico Signature flooring is now central to the Kensington store, having helped it attain its own identity - offering a welcoming and stylish destination that is anchored by great coffee and fresh food.

Amtico helped to transform two of JD Wetherpoon’s pub entrance areas. Each site wanted to incorporate their pub logo into the flooring design.
The hardwearing attributes of Amtico flooring and the unique cutting and design capabilities influenced Harrison Ince Architects when specifying for the two sites. Interior Designer, Louise Macartney explains: “Both pubs are extremely busy so they needed a floor that could withstand the demanding usage and footfall for many years to come. In addition, Amtico’s custom design service allowed us to transform our initial idea into reality creating a greater sense of identity for each pub.”

Lee & Thompson Office - London

When legal firm Lee & Thompson chose to update and rebrand its office headquarters, the company consulted interior design experts Thirdway to transform the tired, dated space into a practical and inspiring commercial environment. The resulting contemporary workspace was given a high-end twist usually associated with a ‘members-only club’, with Amtico’s Signature LVT flooring providing the finishing touch.
M Bar & Grill Twickenham

The M Bar and Grill Restaurant in Twickenham is the newest London location for entrepreneurial restaurateur Martin Williams and his rapidly-expanding M Restaurant group. Amtico provided the perfect choice to create a bespoke floor.
With a key emphasis on maintaining the elements of a traditional British pub, interior designer René Dekker was keen to replicate the style of an oak parquet style timber floor, while bringing it up-to-date with 21st Century technology. To achieve the required look, he chose four types of timber finish from Amtico’s Signature collection in an intricate Basket Weave design.

In order to reflect the company’s ethos, the premises required flooring which was well designed, easy to clean and benefited from good acoustics. The latter was particularly important as, being a beauty business, MADI International experiences high footfall – including lots of high heeled and designer shoes.

As part of their 25th Birthday celebrations, the Mayflower theatre launched an appeal to help fund changes to the main foyer which no longer met the modern needs of the leisure attraction.
