High performance, commercial window system based on 75 mm profiles. The range includes fixed lights, top-hung, side-hung, tilt-turn, horizontal and vertical pivot, and overswing windows. A range of mullions and transoms allows large composite windows to be fabricated.

Matching opening doors are also available.

Features and benefits:

• Windows tested for weather tightness to BS 6375-1 and for security to BS 7950.
• Includes a polystyrene strip in the thermal break cavity alongside a backer rod situated around the insulated glazed unit
• Polyamide thermal barriers are manufactured in accordance with PA66 GF25.
• Gaskets are manufactured in accordance with BS 3734.

Construction:

• Constructed with mitred and mechanically crimped or joined corners, with support chevrons and cleats to ensure accurate alignment. Integral transoms and mullions are fixed into the outer frames with screws or brackets. Joints are sealed against water ingress during assembly.
• Opening lights are inserted directly into the outer frames on butt hinges or friction stays.
• Vent frames can be fixed directly into the framing modules. Individual modules can be fully assembled and then transported to site. The windows incorporate an integral polyamide thermal break.

Flexibility:

• Available in casement, tilt/turn and top swing reversible windows.

Glazing:

• 28 mm double glazed can be used as standard, but other unit sizes up to 56 mm are possible depending on weight.
• Each pane of glass is individually inserted into a fully rebated and prepared opening.
• Various glazing options are available to maximize thermal and acoustic performance. Consult manufacturer for details.
• Internal beading is standard, with external beading an option on outward opening windows.
