Description
A single-layer, torch-applied, warm reinforced bitumen membrane (RBM) waterproofing system. Alpa polymeric binder. Suitable for new build and refurbishment applications.
The top surface is finished with coloured ceramic granules or mineral slate chippings, while the under surface is finished with a thermofusible film. Minimum selvedge width is 8 cm.

- Roof systems tested for external fire spread and classified Broof(t4) deck in accordance with BS EN 13501-5:2005 fire classification of construction products and building elements.
- BBA approved - certificate number 94/3037 PS1.
- Service life "in excess of 30-years" - BBA agrement certificate 94/3037 ps1i6 (June 2025)
- Suitable for protected zero fall roof systems, as BBA agrement certificate 94/3037 ps1i6 (June 2025).
