A solvent-free epoxy resin system which provides a moderate level of chemical resistance.

Variations include:

• 3 mm standard: Comprises quartz aggregate bound in clear resin and finished with clear seal coats for a decorative floor finish.
• 4 mm standard: Has different decorative options including natural-looking designs evoking tones of concrete and stone.
• 4 mm static-dissipative: For electronically sensitive environments. Measured in accordance with BS 2050.
• 5 mm Rapicure: For a quicker return to service. A rapid cure decorative quartz screed ready to step on in less than half the time of conventional epoxy systems. It has the added benefit of not producing the odours associated with methyl methacrylate (MMA) based systems.
• 5 mm Rapicure slip-resistant: For a complete Rapicure system with slip-resistant aggregates incorporated into the seal coat.
• 6 mm standard: Provides extra durability, and is available in decorative quartz aggregates.
• 3 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm slip resistant: For areas where there is an increased risk of slipping. With slip-resistant aggregates incorporated into the seal coat.

All variants can be laid to falls and can be finished with an optional Altro Seal water-based matt, a polyurethane resin seal. Consult manufacturer for details.

• A twin-pack, elastomeric epoxy resin jointing compound designed as a pourable filling for movement joints within the substrate, Altro Expand provides a degree of flexibility to accommodate compression, whilst offering support to the arris of the joint when subjected to heavy wheeled traffic. A knife-applied grade is available for vertical use.
