OVERVIEW
Overview
On the roof of this project, there are four TRANE heat exchangers and a technical room. One floor below are rooftop terraces. As a result, the equipment needed to be shielded from the users — both acoustically and visually.
To achieve this, our Speedscreen system was used in combination with the Peacemaker acoustic panels, offering residents visual privacy, noise reduction, and enhanced safety.
The Peacemaker absorbs sound, while the screen conceals the equipment from view.
The heat pumps are mounted on a free-standing rooftop platform, with no roof penetration or direct structural connection, which further improves safety and reduces the risk of leaks

Installation
All components were prefabricated and delivered to the construction site as flat-pack kits,
which led to a significant reduction in labor, time, and waste on site.
The system enabled a clean and straightforward assembly process, making installation much easier.
The installation of this project was completed within one week.
Design
The Speedscreen system simplifies planning and execution as there is no need to specify the exact location of support points during work preparation.
Speedscreen distributes loads evenly over a large area. The Standardscreen slats were powder-coated to match in with the planning requirements for this project.
