The Octagon is a 155m tall residential skyscraper in Birmingham. The 49-storey tower will be the first residential octagonal high-rise building in the world and will deliver 370 quality homes in the heart of Birmingham.
Each apartment will enjoy a generous 13-metre facet of the Octagon and a much larger than average outlook, bringing ample daylight into the ‘radial’ arrangement of the internal spaces.
