Built on the former Kent Street Swimming Baths site in central Birmingham, the development will be home to four residential blocks, providing a total of 406 purpose-built apartments.


The site once housed Kent Street Baths which opened in 1851 and was subsequently heavily damaged in the Second World War bombing of Birmingham.


OBEX supplied the CORTEX 0270FR Score'N'Snap Cement Board system, ensuring the project had a robust, durable cement-based sheathing board, but without the considerable cost of traditional cutting equipment and dust extraction.
