GREEN ROOF SOLUTION FOR BARREL ROOF AT THE WORLD FAMOUS ST ANDREWS LINKS GOLF CLUB The £2million development has been designed as a state of the art facility providing storage and office facilities. The stunning building features a green barrel roof to help the building settle into the natural environment around it. This was an important aspect to meet planning considerations and also achieve the sustainability credentials required. A special mix of sedum was specified to retain the local blend of vegetation and tolerate the exposed location of the St Andrews Gold Club at the edge of the North Sea.
