Scotscroft, Didsbury: Commercial Bathroom

Scotscroft Building, forming part of one of Manchester’s most established and successful business parks, is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment, due to complete Q2 2025. Scotscroft is a 3 storey, 57,000 sq ft office building and is the latest of the 9 new buildings on the business park.

Our installation needed to be fit for purpose, mirroring the parks modern and elevated working environment. Excelsior, working alongside Estilo Interiors, have designed and installed our premium quality Flush 44 cubicle range, finished in the sleek and modern ‘Seaweed Green’.

This sleek, flush fronted facade allowed for a professional and stylish look to match this upscale development project. Within the cubicles, we installed our Select Range duct panelling in ‘Beige Nature’ and ‘Poive Touch’, with the ‘Poive Touch’ carried through for the male washroom’s wall panelling.

Building bespoke specifications, we ensure we are delivering exactly what both the customer and specific scheme requires. Here, our bespoke service has allowed for a beautiful high-end installation for optimal use in this landmark business location.
