Initial Brief

Here at Sertus, we took a particular interest in this student accommodation development as it’s situated immediately adjacent to the unit where the Whitesales Group was founded in 1983, and it’s under ten miles from our current headquarters and factory! Consisting of 403 beds across two blocks and a 116-bed co-living block, we were asked by the main contractor’s in-house M&E department to provide compliant products of the highest standard.
