Saxton Lane is made up of two residential tower blocks in the heart of Leeds.

The 18 and 22 storey tower blocks contain over 300 apartments on the former Alton Cars Showroom site, in an area that is currently enjoying substantial investment and economic growth.

Cemfloor C25 was chosen for this project thanks to its many benefits including;

• Reduced drying time compared to other screeds
• Cement based screed that is compatible with all cement based adhesives; including fast track systems
• Easy Installation which reduced time and costs
• Foot traffic allowed after 24/48 hours which meant other aspects of the project could continue
