OVERVIEW
Grade II* listed London rooftop creates 1,100 m² green amenity space.
In the heart of the City of London, at the Grade II* listed building 41 Lothbury, a rooftop transformation has created over 1,100 square metres of green amenity space with spectacular views across to St Paul’s Cathedral. Working closely with the architects Stiff + Trevillion, the brief for landscape architects Camlins was to develop the external terrace space over numerous levels.
The Outdoor Deck Company supplied Cayman Zerodeck Composite decking. Selected for its Class A fire-rating and brushed timber aesthetics, it provides maximum fire-safety and perfectly complements the landscape architecture.
