Quality new-build with bespoke aluminium rainwater goods

Newdigate Builders, a thriving construction company with over 30 years of experience, is led by Dave Coventry. Dave, who has always dreamed of building his own home, finally achieved this milestone by purchasing land to build an expansive 6-bedroom property, complete with a basement, garage, and sunrooms.

Nigel visited the site and proposed the installation of 125 x 100 Sentinel Deepflow Gutters and 76mm Colonnade swaged aluminium downpipes, a robust aluminium rainwater system designed to meet Dave's high standards.

Given the nature of the new build, Dave wanted the gutters and downpipes to complement the stone accents of his property. ARP’s in-house polyester powder coating facility enabled a precise colour match to the stone, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing finish.

Dave promptly placed his order, and ARP's production team swiftly moved to fulfil it, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.
