PRB Monocouche Render over Painted Render Case Study

GB Rendering recently completed a project in Leigh On Sea. The requirement being to modernise and give the property a ‘face lift’. The original design of the property was mock Georgian painted render with painted beams.

Once the beams had been removed and the extent of the job was revealed they called PRB to ask if there was a system that could be used over painted render to accept a Monocouche finish. After consulting PRB’s specification and technical department, explaining the scenario, PRB responded with the exact specification for GB Rendering.
