OVERVIEW
Orsett Heath Academy in Grays, Essex, features modern facilities designed to foster an innovative learning environment. For the school's entrance, 105 square meters of Heckmondwike’s Diamond tile in Steel Grey was chosen for its durability and cobbled texture, ideal for high-traffic areas. The matting traps dirt and moisture, ensuring a cleaner and safer entrance. Inside, 2,975 square meters of Supacord carpet tiles in Charcoal were installed throughout classrooms, corridors, and the library. Known for its anti-ravel and anti-fray properties, Supacord is perfect for educational spaces with heavy foot traffic. The school also prioritised sustainability, opting for eco-friendly materials like carpets made from recycled fibres. Supacord's A+ BREEAM rating and EPD verification reflect its commitment to sustainability. Installed by CB Contracts, this flooring solution enhances the academy’s functionality and environmental responsibility.
