NORclad Brunnea preservative treatment provides a formal warranty on the product for 30 years against rot and fungal decay (out of ground contact), all materials also had factory applied fire treatment to Euroclass B-s1-d0 (s1 Smoke Production – d0 Flaming Droplets).
