The Challenge

Located on one of Cambridge's key arterial routes the homeowner wanted to improve the quality of the internal spaces in this early twentieth century townhouse, to help revitalise the property and give them a better family home.

The solution

Working with an innovative architect they proceeded to add an extensive single storey extension to the rear of the property as well as unique dormer extension to the second floor.

We worked closely with them to create fixed rooflights for the single storey extension which added light and a feeling of greater space also we provided opening vent rooflights which as well as adding natural light also gave them natural ventilation.
