Fleetwood Wharf - ASF 5 Rail Quayside Post and Rail

ASF manufactured the 5 rail quayside post for this project. The client wanted the baseplate system for a parapet style application, but using a full height post.

The posts are manufactured in 100% recycled cast iron, made from old brake discs, and they system meets the required parapet loadings for the application.

Posts were finished in a metal shield solvent based wet paint which is the best way to protect any metal in a marine or waterside environment. The rails were left galvanised to offer a contrast with the post, which does offer an effective visual once fully installed.
