Escapade Silverstone

OVERVIEW

At Escapade Silverstone, a visionary development nestled beside the legendary racetrack, the façade demanded a solution that could keep pace with both performance and design ambition. For the residential lodges and villas we specified the DryKlad® system — a lightweight, aluminium-based rainscreen support solution utilising the standard DryKlad isolator — delivering reliable thermal moderation and structural efficiency across repeating modules. For the landmark Clubhouse building, we deployed DryKlad Datona®, combining the precision-engineered support profile with a refined, high-quality panel system to create a clean and contemporary finish befitting the scheme’s flagship status.

The combined DryKlad / Datona solution ensured façades that are non-combustible, weather-resistant, and dimensionally stable — capable of withstanding the wind, vibration and exposure synonymous with a circuit side location.

Even in the challenging environmental conditions around Silverstone, the façades maintain their integrity and appearance, while the lightweight structural demand reduces load on the building envelope and simplifies detailing, facilitating an efficient build across both residential units and the public-facing Clubhouse.

By marrying performance engineering with architectural finesse, DryKlad® and DryKlad Datona® deliver a unified façade language across Escapade Silverstone — robust, compliant and visually aligned with the luxury lifestyle the development promises.
