The vibrant new London development at Elephant & Castle by Multiplex includes almost 500 new homes, a new 370,000 sq.ft college campus, and a brand new tube station.

The façade contractor requested the new OBEX UltraBoard for use on this project, as they were keen to benefit from the incredible installation time-saving that the system offers.

OBEX UltraBoard has an integral high-performance Breather Membrane, and features the Score’N’Snap cutting method. The team installing the UltraBoard system, saved approximately one day of labour time per floor compared with a normal board and breather membrane installation.

UltraBoard brings a whole new level of efficiency and consistency to the installation of sheathing boards and breather membranes.
