Dukes Mews, London

OVERVIEW

A total of three kitchens were supplied by GEC Anderson to this prestigious residential development, just off London’s Portland Square.

CIE, who were commissioned to provide the kitchens, chose GEC Anderson to supply and fit the stainless steel worktops. GEC Anderson were the natural choice for CIE as they had worked many times with them in the past.

The detailing specified by CIE included upstands (edge 10) to all wall junctions, combined with a plain edge (7) to exposed edges. The large worktop coverage made access and installation into the tight mews homes quite challenging. The unique features of each kitchen, including columns and cutouts also made the accuracy in the measuring of the worktops very critical. Supply and installation of the worktops was handled by GEC Anderson.
