The specification
The client was clear that lead effect rolls were essential for this projects roof. In order to achieve this whilst keeping with the original roof of the building and with the other buildings of the area, Bauder’s Thermofol PVC system was specified and approved contractor Greenroof (UK).
The result
During installation, the approved contractors hand-crafted over 2,000 linear meters of timber battens wrapped in the Bauder THERMOFOL U15 Fleece Back waterproofing membrane. These were then installed on to the 1200m² roof area.
Thanks to the hard work and craftsmanship deployed by the approved contractor and the high-quality products used on the project, following a roof inspection from an expert Bauder Site Technician and a leak test, Bauder was able to issue a 20-year product and workmanship guarantee to the roof.
