Installation of Soltherm’s EWI HD System onto 21 properties on behalf of For Housing in partnership with Cheshire West and Chester Council, with funding received from European Regional Development Fund.

The project was to be delivered using innovation in surveying and manufacturing, a strict stipulation for securing ERDF funding.

Installation of Soltherms HD Mineral Wool EWI System to 21 properties across two locations in Ellesmere Port and Neston.

The properties are now thermally efficient achieving a U Value of 0.3, and looks beautiful.

Drone Surveying and BIM Level 2 data supplied to the landlord for maintenance

Lower energy bills and warmer for customers.
