OVERVIEW
Say goodbye to Bechtel House and hello to 245 Hammersmith Road.
Here the external painted concrete soffit of the undercroft was in poor condition. It needed a solution which would require low future maintenance due to its inaccessible position. Two coats of KEIM Soldalit were applied to the soffit for a long-lasting coverage, and KEIM Concretal Lasur applied to each column to create a uniform finish.
