Sheffield Custody Suite

Opened in April 2016, as a new build, Sheffield Custody Suite is a custom 50-cell custody suite with associated charge, interview, and ancillary accommodation for other forces estate teams.

Designed and procured through the Scape Group’s Major Works framework, the £14 Million project was completed on time and on budget by Willmott Dixon.

The Brief

Screening the transit area of a modern custody suite required a dedicated brief for the privacy security fencing. In early 2016 we carried out a site visit , with Davison Fencing and Willmott Dixon, to assess the scope of the brief.
