Duhamel Place

This newly renovated block is a new executive apartment scheme based on Duhamel Place, St Helier.

With completion in Q4 2023, this selection of modern new build apartments come to the market offering spacious living, whilst allowing plenty of natural light throughout. The design of the apartments has been done by Page Architects and finished to a high specification by Park Homes.

Build-up 1: 5mm laminate flooring (Carpet in bedrooms) – 25mm GenieBoard 302 – 5mm GenieMat RST05 – 18mm plywood – 185mm steel joists – 150mm acoustic insulation within joists – 2No 15mm FireLine board – Suspended metal frame ceiling incorporating GenieClip LB – 12.5mm wallboard – skim finish.

Build-up 2: 5mm laminate flooring (Carpet in bedrooms) – 5mm GenieMat RST05, 175mm concrete slab, GenieClip RST ceiling - 12.5mm wallboard – skim finish.

The post completion testing demonstrates that the environmentally friendly construction has exceeded residential requirements by 3dB in airborne (achieving DnT,w +Ctr 48dB in situ) and 7dB in impact (achieving L'nT,w 55dB in situ) while offering a quick and simple install.
