New Bailey - Manchester

Filled with energy, vibrancy and excitement, our work at New Bailey in Manchester is a project to be proud of.

Four different office and residential buildings and public realm initiatives in the development, totalling 278 works, have been completed. These featured Westfield granite paving and setts in the main areas (6,000m2 of paving and 2,000m2 of setts), Chinese granite setts totalling 1,000m2, Porphyry totalling 400m2 and Portuguese granite paving totalling 500m2.
