Bruntwood BLOC External Living Wall
OVERVIEW
Bruntwood BLOC, Manchester formed a part in Bruntwood’s £50m 'Pioneer' redevelopment programme, devoted to creating community-focused workspaces.
At the time (2021), this was our largest HYVERT living wall installation to date, encasing two sides of BLOC building, in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
It's aim was to remove air pollutants and increase biodiversity.
Uniquely, it was also the first living wall to incorporate a programmable LED light display too (by Artin Light), making it a mesmerising piece of living and digital art from day through to night.
