Passief Bouwen Foundation, Etten Leur, NL (Passive House)

Soudal products were used in the construction of the first passivhaus premium project in The Netherlands.

The Passief Bouwen Foundation head offices and information centre are an example of both energy efficiency through low consumption and energy generation.

The products and methods used in the project demonstrate that the high requirements for passivhaus premium can be achieved with the right materials.

Soudal products including Soudatight liquid membranes were used for sealing of masonry joints and connections. Soudafoam Window & Door SWS was also used for additional thermal and acoustic insulation and finally the Soudaframe SWI pre-framing system was used to mount windows in the building.
