Loughborough Court - Brixton - South London

Loughborough Court is a chic restoration of a 1940s industrial building, consisting of studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments and luxury penthouses designed with outdoor balconies and home working spaces in mind. Brickplus was used during the creation of the rooftop extensions housing the now idyllic penthouse suites.

Rooftop extensions are becoming increasingly popular, especially in built up areas, to maximise accommodation. Monolith were approached due to our ability to brick match to the current brick and we created a classic and complimentary brick for the project. The project was completed in around 10 weeks.
