Located adjacent to Heart of Midlothian’s football ground in Edinburgh, the McLeod Street student residence combines refurbishment of the B-listed former Tynecastle High School buildings, designed by renowned Scottish architect John Alexander Carfrae, with newbuild blocks, providing en-suite rooms for 420 University of Edinburgh students. The development features blue roof areas and rooftop solar PV, both dependent on the waterproofing performance of the RESITRIX^® EPDM single ply membrane from CARLISLE®, installed by Site Roofing.
