New Vic Apartments, Manchester

BM Architectural supplied the sleek, fire-safe, aluminium railings installed at the edges of all balconies and terraces on the ‘New Vic’ apartments in Manchester, UK.

This luxury high-rise development comprises 520 new homes set across two towers, standing 20 and 25 storeys high.

Given the project's scale and constrained city-centre location, the balustrade solution needed to be lightweight and easy to install, in addition to being fully compliant with edge protection and fire safety regulations, and contribute to the bold architectural design.
