Bruntwood SciTech West Village Curved Living Wall

We were appointed by Robertson Group on behalf of Bruntwood SciTech, to work on the redevelopment and transformation of West One Estate in Leeds into 'West Village', an innovative new workspace offering flexible office/coworking.

West Village includes the creation of a brand new 4-storey extension designed by 3DReid which is architecturally both curved and convex in its shape.

A large part of our project involvement included the exciting opportunity to install a HYVERT Living wall which wraps and mirrors the curved shape of the building in the exact same way.

A large focus was also placed on developing and implementing a low cost Smart water harvesting and recycling system to reduce it's potable water usage (with a remuneration period between 2-3 years).
