Enigma Square Milton Keynes

Enigma Square in Milton Keynes combines enviable apartments with beautiful contemporary co-working and social spaces to create a calm, comfortable environment for its residents.

Designers 74 Architects placed an emphasis on acoustic performance to achieve their ambition of promoting interaction and community building through shared space.

Working through our Midlands contracting office, we manufactured and installed our double glazed Pure 100 partition system (Rw 54 dB) to provide exceptional acoustic attenuation. The framework was powdercoat finished in Pearl Gold to match the luxury visual aesthetic used throughout the space. This was combined with IsoPro doors for meeting rooms, co-working and social areas, with curtains used strategically to enable opening up of space and control of natural light diffusion.

Finally, our high-performing FirePro Ei30 double doors and adjoining screens provided route protection.
