An integrated, adjustable turn-brake within the pivot mechanism securely holds the sash in any desired position while still allowing full 180° rotation for ease of cleaning and maintenance.

Barrier-free and automated operation can be achieved by combining the horizontal-pivot hardware with the ELTRAL K35 concealed motor-driven chain drive, enabling force-free sash movement and compliance with accessibility requirements.
