i-FAST EPD

Additional notes: EPD for i-FAST 384mm: i-FAST is an offsite manufactured external wall element with inherent fire-resistant, acoustic, structural and thermal performance. The panel is 384mm thick, with maximum length of 7200mm and height 3600mm. The panel is built from sustainable sourced structural timber, non-combustible sheathing and is full-filled with non-combustible mineral wool insulation. It has tested fire resistance between 60 and 120 minutes for load bearing capacity, integrity and insulation and U-value of 0.12W/m²K. When installed, the panel supports external cladding and has pre-cut apertures for window installation according the architect's design. Alternatively, the windows and cladding can be factory fitted (outside the scope of this LCA).
