The Premises Information Box™ (PIB)®, generically known as a Secure Information Box (SIB), is designed to provide fast access for the Fire & Rescue Service to building plans and information. Now mandatory for high-rise residential buildings over 18m and new builds over 11m, in line with NFCC guidance.

For operational use, the PIB® was developed with firefighters to an exacting specification and is a recognised focal point in the event of an incident. The Premises Information Box® is not reliant on power, persons nor Wi-Fi. We’re proud that 98% of UK Fire & Rescue Services carry our GSP One Key® System, providing operational firefighters with seamless and secure access for over 20 years.
