This is the ultimate sheathing board with a high flexural strength, impact strength, durability, and high racking resistance. Rated as a Category A board to BS EN 12467 where the board may be subjected to heat, high moisture and severe frost. It also has good acoustic and thermal properties to meet various end applications.

Features and benefits:

Reaction to Fire: Euroclass A1, fully non-combustible and suitable for structures over 18 m.
High racking strength: C-board has a high level of dimensional stability making it a good choice in multiple applications, but particularly when racking strength is required.

Other points to consider:

Acoustic performance: Acoustically tested according to ISO 10140-3. C-board provides an excellent acoustic solution when combined with SFS and stone mineral wool infill.
Extremely durable when compared to all other types of boards. It can withstand all weather conditions and is highly suitable for use in places where the climate is extreme.
C-board construction will not add fuel when used in a facade capacity. It will reduce the transmission of a fire if other materials combust in the facade.
