Aliva UK has been operating in the UK for 25 years in 2025, with its headquarters in the South in Berkshire and with an office and showroom in the North in Cheadle.

Aliva’s External Wall Insulation Systems (ETICS)

Aliva’s EWI proposition includes an extensive range of finishes, from coloured granular textures in pastel shades to vibrant, bold tones to bespoke design finishes including timber, corten and travertine tile effects.

The EWI systems are also used with great success in combination with slip systems including clay brick slips, lightweight brick slips and ceramic tiles.

Aliva’s cladding material types include: aluminium, terracotta, stone, ceramic, glass, Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) and Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) and large format tiles.

Building Safety Act and Gateway 2 Compliance
